Love the food but absolutely hate the packaging it comes in

We recently transitioned from store food to SMALLS. Delivery is sometimes a little less than ideal but that is due to our local FedEx distribution hanging on to our deliveries longer than they should and not SMALLS’ fault. Everything comes well packed. Opening the food packets, even us humans can immediately smell the difference to “regular” food. Our cats are very picky but they do love their SMALLS. Last weekend we “had” to feed regular food as we needed the empty metal cans for a school project and the cats just looked at that food and then at us with a clear “are you kidding?” expression on their faces. Highly recommend!

Smalls has been pretty great! My cat definitely has been chirpier during mealtimes and her fur's become so soft! Definitely see (smell?) a difference in her litter box too. They missed one package when i ordered my sampler, but were quick to give me a refund on it and gave me an extra on my next box too!

My kittens hadn't eaten soft food before I ordered Smalls for the first time so they were skeptical - especially of things like cow - but they have grown to love it. The company emails information such as when it is on the way and delivered but also guides for transitioning pets for Smalls that I found very helpful.

The cats like some of the food, others they just walk away from. The 2 star is for their website and customer service. Their site is misleading, when you order a sample order they automatically sign you up for the next order of 42 packets without even a pre-email so you could pick the food types. They have no phone to call to speak to anyone so everything is text or email. They have this magic-link which may work or may not work to get into your account. The auto refill of $133 and 42 packets of food do not fit in my freezer.

Jose, my cat concierge, continues to work patiently and professionally with me to rectify the order issues I have been having lately. If it wasn't for him, I would have canceled my subscription. My cats love the food and there is nothing else like it as far as quality. I'm not sure if they are growing too fast or suffering from staff and supply chain shortages but I hope they get back on track. Thank you Jose

My cat loves the food! It comes in great packaging and it’s easy to serve. However, the company does have many issues with orders not being fulfilled on time or not having enough inventory.
