The quality of the food is amazing! My cat loves both the wet and dry. I do however feel that the company needs to do some work on its customer service response time as well as a revamp of its website. It is very frustrating as expensive as the food can be to not have full access of real time account information. Because information was not updated on the account it appeared that there were no shipments so I added a shipment and ended up with two boxes. The same happened before and that time I called and the mistake was made on the companies end for the same reason they did not see that one was in transit. For the price of the food I should be able to mix and match any combination of my choosing not what the cont has “decided “ what is appropriate for my cat. If this review was just on the food and the food alone, it would be 4.5 stars. The reason that it would not get a full five is because they seriously need to work on the packaging or a container to hold the food that is more appropriate for the new packaging. My cats are doing amazing on the food. I have left a couple times due to the frustrating activities on the human side but never because of the food.

Our cat was diagnosed with thyroid disease and this very clean food was part of the solution that helped him bounce right back. He is doing great and his numbers are in line. And he gobbles the Smalls food (bird) right up!

Pros: The frozen food is great quality! I saw health improvements within a few days in one of my cats who has digestive issues, who used to eat prescription food. The food is packaged pretty well, and the subscription model is convenient. Customer service was helpful when my package way severely delayed due to a major snow storm, and they sent me a replacement box. Cons: Way too expensive. Costs over twice as much as what I used to spend on already expensive, quality cat food. Not sure if I will be able to continue with this price long-term. Also, I always seem to run out of food a few days early, but I'm going to try ordering larger boxes to help with that.

Both my cats go absolutely crazy for their food! Customer service is also amazing - speedy responses and very understanding.

My two cats are transitioning over to Smalls food and are liking it very much! They should be eating all Smalls food in a couple weeks. I’m sure it will be a success. I wish you offered phone support or a quicker turn around time on texts.

my cat LOVES the cow flavor! the food always arrives frozen and in relatively sustainable packaging. they also send me a pack of free cat treats which my cat also loves. i really trust this brand and their values.

My cat loves smalls and it has made his litter box smell much less. He is also a huge fan of the treats! I feel good knowing I am feeding him well. I’ve only been feeding him Smalls for 3 months, but I also have faith it will help him lose weight.

My cat is loving the wet and dry food! She goes completely crazy when she hears the bag rustle. The only negative experience for me is that a 3 of the wet foods packaging came opened possibly by a razor since the lines were so sharp. I tossed the 3 in the trash since I was not comfortable giving it to my cat.
