The packaging is nice and opening the wet food packaging and prepping my cat’s meals are easy. I give my cat heart medicine and put it in his wet food and he has been eating it. I’ve noticed overall less throwing up and hairballs. I’m still trying out the food and playing with the flavors to see what my cat likes best. I just tried the Turkey kibble and he isn’t really trying to eat it so I’ve mixed it with his previous kibble to try and get him excited about it. We will see! Overall I do love Im feeding my cat quality foods so he can live a full and healthy life. He loves the treats!! That formula should be a kibble bag because then I know the pickiest cat would just gobble it up.

So far my cats have loved Smalls foods. It seems to be helping with my kitty’s digestive issues!

I tried to place an order as a new customer. They told me my card is declined. Checked the info and resubmitted. Declined. No reason it would be declined. I called my bank and they said it went thru. They had an authorization number. Tried to contact smalls but the customer service is no existent. You can only email or text. Can't speak to anyone. I text and was told it would be at least 1 business day for a reply. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be disputing the charge when it posts and will not be doing business with them.

My cats love this food! My one cats personality even changed. He’s been more affectionate and energetic. Their poop doesn’t even smell as much. Happy I made the switch to smalls :)

Website if very user friendly, and I appreciate the autoship feature. Orders are customizable, which is great for my finicky diabetic cat. Both he and my other cat love the food and for a change, nothing goes to waste. Excellent food!

Our cat loves the food. We use it to supplement his normal food because he wasn’t eating it well recently. He loves this food and he seems to be feeling a lot more like himself after eating it for a while. The company is also very understanding and willing to work with us when we need to skip an order or space out the orders. I highly recommend them

So far cats like it more than the other food that I had gotten from another human grade food delivery. The cost is higher than the other but my cats health is more important than cost. However you can't change meals on your own have to contact Customer Service which wastes your time. Customer Service are very helpful at times. However when it comes to delivery and tracking information not so good. I have to ask CS for number and updates which is never the same information. So you don't really know when its actually coming. I learned to overlap the boxes to make sure that my cats never have eat from the cans etc again while waiting for their food to be delivered. All in All my cats like it and good for their digestion.
