It took quite a while to fully transition my cats, but we were patient and now they love it. They did not like the beef so we alternate between fish and chicken. They seem to have a bit more energy, and the poops are definitely less big and ~slightly~ less stinky. They also started loving the freeze-dried duck, as soon as it got discontinued :/ My one complaint is that the wet food is so dry and crumbly and it must be mixed with water which is just an extra step, but manageable. It is also sometimes difficult to open the packaging. It is pricey, but it is about the same as "healthy" brands like Tiki, which still aren't 100% clean/species-appropriate. Overall, I am glad we switched to Smalls and that my cats are eating a healthy species-appropriate diet.

My cat loves Smalls. She gobbles it down and her health has definitely improved. She also uses the litter box a lot less on Smalls, I guess because the food is more nutritious so her body utilizes more of what she eats. Smalls is also a good company. Good service and very nice people. I highly recommend Smalls.

I received food from April 28th-June 19th. My 1st shipment was great just learning what my cats liked and didn't like. My eldest cat was more harder to convince. She liked it at 1st but began to decline. My kitten will eat anything but it's safe to say they're both chicken girls. Their is no doubt in the quality of food and its true my litter boxes did not smell out all! BUT! I did receive food packages that were not sealed properly! I didnt even notice at 1st! Then i considered because they were frozen perhaps it was safe to give to my babies? But I was wrong! I should have just have just threw them away and contacted for replacements. I have canceled my subscription with smalls on June 20th given that my cats have been tossing there cookies. There could be many reasons for this! Firework season, heat, stress but their behaviors and personality seem fine. So until I can figure out the source they are on a "i/d digestive care diet" strict diet. Given the situation is it worth noting out of 28x packages of cat food about 5x had cuts in them. (I do have pictures) For the price of smalls and safety of my loved ones this shouldn't be. Smalls need to double check their plastic and seals the food.

Very good food for my cat! Her coat is better, her poops are better, and she no longer vomits. My only complaint about this is that it can't be out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours- it's hard to feed her when I have to leave the house and the dehydrated food is always out of stock so I can't try it.

Great customer service

Overall I really love this company! I have a very picky senior cat who basically ate very little until Smalls came into her life. The recipes for each entree are available to see and the added veggies are a real plus.She enjoys most of the varieties and sort of insists that I "mix it up" and not feed her the same flavor/entree more than two days in a row. I know right, "Picky" fur baby... I am continually changing what I order in my next delivery to keep my fur baby satisfied. Smalls will work with your scheduling needs which is also great. My kitty has had diabetes for a year, her blood sugars were so high and she was very overweight. I decided to try a new diet for her. I did a lot of research, learned that cats should be eating a high protein diet, and for her, dry food made her condition so much worse. After a month of being on smalls, she went into remission, she no longer needs insulin and she’s losing weight. I’ve never seen her so happy and energetic. Her coat is so soft and I can’t even smell when she goes to the bathroom. I highly recommend smalls to anyone with cats, especially diabetics. I just want to thank you smalls, for saving my baby, she wouldn’t be where she is without you guys!

I feel good feeding this high-quality food to my cats. My senior cat had been losing weight and not keeping down the grocery store food. I started feeding her Smalls fresh food and she loves it. It stays with her and she is starting to put weight on again. My young cat devours this food and I notice that her litter is small and less smelly -- and the free treats -- she loves them.
