my experience has been great so far! my kitty loves his variety pack every month :)

Like others, I tried the trial package for my cat and unfortunately he would not eat it. So we move on, except I get an email from Smalls today saying my next shipment was sent. I did not open an account or sign up for any kind of auto delivery program. Now I have to contact my credit card company and the BBB until I get resolve. Who needs this? Update: I was contacted by Smalls and they are going to refund the shipment. I very much appreciate this; thank you Smalls.

My sweet boy has IBD. I have gone through soooo many foods; from cheap to prescription, trying to find something he can eat without throwing up or living with diarrhea. Finally bit the bullet and ordered Smalls. It made all the difference. He is soooo much healthier and happier. My boy has gained weight, has normal poos, no more throwing up and even gets the zoomies here and there. Love it! So far service has been perfect! Deliveries are timely and product still frozen, which is quite a feat in this heat wave. I hope and pray that we never run out!

Company is getting better! Since they're still starting out, they have a few growing pains. Like I wish the scheduling was a little bit easier with more options in terms of quantity and days to ship. My cats love the food though and I know I'm giving them quality ingredients so I feel it's worth the extra cash. They like smooth bird the best. Smalls helped get my order to me as quick as possible once o was able to get some help from a live person! Because of that, we're giving Smalls another chance.

My cat loves the food. It's definitely not as accessible as it could be with the high price tag, so hopefully it will become more accessible for the general population in the near future.

My 14 year old cat was vomiting several times a day, despite prescription cat food, to the point we thought we would need to help her pass. I switched to Smalls and her vomiting has stopped and she’s actually gaining a little weight. She loves this food. Smalls customer service is what all customer services should be and too often aren’t. Thank you for helping my cat, Pòg.

My picky cat is enjoying this food and is now at a healthy weight! Loving it !
