Great quality and customer service. My cats LOVE their smalls dinner.

My kitten loves the food. It's the only food that doesn't give him diarrhea. The food doesn't have as strong of a smell as canned food. My cat's coat is really soft and his stools are great. My only suggestion would be to add delivery scheduling. The delivery day for the food is unpredictable and I'm worried I will miss a delivery.

My cat is a very picky lady, only likes crunchy chicken foods, and even then she's picky about that. We needed to switch her over to wet food for age and dental reasons. Something we gave a good go at for about a year, with no luck. She's very cautious and timid and doesn't like change whatsoever. It took about 3-5 days of attempts to get her to try some of Smalls with her old food, and SHE DID! I truly believe the quality and care Smalls puts into their foods makes the difference. She has more energy, and interest in play, and is a healthier weight! Overall we love Smalls, the fresh (not canned food) smell and food quality, excellent customer service/support, and the genuine care the company takes in what they do. I just received an email about their upcoming new recipes, developed with a cat nutritionist. Smalls is always looking to improve and provide the best care and products they can to make sure our kitties' needs are adequately met and supported. Couldn't be happier :)

I have two cats that absolutely love smalls. Went from regular cat food to smalls and within 3 days both cats were licking their bowl clean. Did not happen with the old cat food.

Smalls has been great! My cat loves the food and customer service has been very helpful when necessary. Only downside is the price, but it is worth it to prevent possible later health issues. I would 100% recommend!

Smalls has been great..using this for 3 months now and see great changes in Mr.Meowie.. I will continue to use this

The food is great! My 14 yr. old cat loves the smooth bird and other bird varieties. Recently there was a shipping mishap (FedEx issue, not Smalls) and Stacie (cat concierge) was awesome! Went beyond what was needed and sent an identical order out at no cost. FedEx had issues and food had spoiled by the time it was located and I received it. Smalls gets back to you in a timely manner and resolves the issue at hand in my experience!

Smalls has been a great transition for our cats. Their coat is soft and manageable. They love it so much, they always let me know when it is time to eat.
