Smalls customer Service is a 5 star ! This past winter we had a big snow storm while my order was on its way! It was delayed for several days . Smalls sent me out a whole new order to cover the loss of the Original Order ! Another time I ran out of the food and they sent it out PRONTO ! I had it in a couple of days ! My cats LOVE IT ‼️ I can rest knowing they are eating healthy wholesome food !

From the easy daily pkgs to the customer service, to the convenience of receiving my order on the same day each month. Smalls food is not filled with anything my kitty doesn't need. The delivery comes packed in dry ice, I just put it In the freezer, so easy. After searching for a great food for my kitty Somber, I finally found Smalls. I couldn't feed her anything else. After finding out what all the other brands use for protein, yuck! And i will never make my kitty live on kibble! Contact the cat Concierge, they love to help. Thanks Smalls.

It was crazy to see how fast my 3cats loved Smalls and prefer it over old food in matter of days. Easy transition and can see them enjoying their food more than ever

This is an amazing company! Not only do they provide outstanding products for our kitties, but they also treat us humans well. Our kitties were happily gobbling up their Smalls! But when our vet recommended switching to something else for medical reasons (nothing is wrong with Smalls, but our kitty's needs changed), the company issued a refund for a box that was already processing! That is great customer service! Even though they knew they were losing me as a customer, they treated me like a human being. I APPLAUD them for that! 😀😀😀

Tried smalls to give our ailing 21yo Russian Blue Kitty the best boost to improve her final months. We have a 12yo & 7yo Maine Coon also and Smalls is such a fantastic & nutritious product. We knew the expense would be worth giving them the Best Product available, to give them years of solid nutrition.

My fur babies are almost two years old now. They were feral when I got them and sickly. Only 5 weeks old. The mother cat would bring her babies to my friend’s house to be cared for. Living in Vallejo is especially difficult for strays. I took siblings, a boy and girl. So we dewormed them and took care of the respiratory illnesses. Not long after that the boy became VERY ill with Girardia. A nightmare experience that went on for months. Painful for him and I had to sterilize the entire house two times over. After that was finally gone he was stuck with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I did a lot of research that referred me to the top brands of highest quality cat foods. Aside from making my own cat food Smalls is doing the work for me. The kids are so very healthy now and doing really well in all regards. They are picky so I am glad that the pork and Chicken /fish mix have been added. At first I thought the price was high but having used some other brands I realized that all the quality foods are comparable in price. Smalls is easy to portion out in serving sizes and full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals so they get everything they need. I’m so thankful to this company for producing this semi raw food. They have been great to deal with whenever I have had questions or needed to change my order. I highly recommend their cat food for any cat.
