My first response to my cat’s reaction to this food was: impressed! She stopped begging me for food every time I walked into the kitchen, her fur immediately became shinier and softer, her belly looked less bloated, and best of all, she has crazy spurts of happy energy and runs around the house. I still may be feeding her too much, but I am happy I made the switch. I only wish I could feed my two outdoor cats and the stray smalls too! Now I feel bad feeding them mystery meat and paper kibble! Thank you for making us both happy!

From the minute I gave this to my kitty, she went from lathargic and sleeping all day, to a playful kitty that has a great coat and and overall healthy demeanor, and she's 14! I had literally gone through just about every cat food out there, and this is the one that she eats happily on a regular basis. Thank you for this product! My kitty will have more years of playing and loving now.

Smalls truly embodies thoughtfulness in every aspect of their brand. Not only did our cat love their fresh and natural food, but when our beloved cat passed away, their gesture of sending a heartfelt email along with plant seedlings in our cat's memory was incredibly touching and deeply appreciated. It's gestures like these that remind us of the genuine care and compassion that Smalls extends to its customers. It made us feel truly valued and supported during difficult times.

Very unfortunate that I was not able to transition my cats to this food. They do love the treats though. I would recommend everyone at least giving this food a try. I did extensive research and found this is one of the top companies for healthy cat food. I am so disappointed that it did not work for my cats. I may try it again down the road just to see. Again if nothing else order the sample box, and see if you can get your cats to transition. It will be worth it. And me was just fine. Sincerely Disappointed in my cat, not smalls, Roxanne

Our cat took to Smalls right away. Seems to love it. 🥰

We've been using Smalls for multiple years now and haven't really seen any changes with our cat since using it. The real reason for the low rating is their lack of reliable customer service and the frequent product/price changes. We've been locked out of our account for weeks with no way to sign in while orders kept being charged, the recipes/packaging have been changed to be less convenient, and now quantity/price is changing significantly. Most recently they've switched to offering half the amount of food we used to get (x12 4-5oz packets for $110) for close to the same price that we used to pay for double (we used to get x12 11oz packets for $130). I can't fathom that the reason is anything other than to scam people into paying more frequently for less product and hoping that you just don't notice because Smalls will not send you updates in time for you to change your order or subscription. Sure, our cat likes it - but she just wants wet food, she would act the same if we gave her Fancy Feast. Her poops are still super smelly (if not smellier), her coat is the same (if not matting more quickly tan it did previously), her energy levels are the same (higher than they should be for a 20 year old cat), she still has hairballs and throws up. The only real reason that we continue feeding it to her is because it's convenient. With this recent change, I'm only still signed up because of how old our cat is and we don't want to stress her out by messing up her diet. Ordering from Smalls has been expensive, confusing, and has not created any real change in our cat in the three+ years we've been ordering from them. If I were paying for it instead of my husband, it would have been cancelled a long time ago. Not worth it.

My experience with Smalls has been pretty good so far. The fact that when I run out (which has happened twice, but never again) one of my four cats just won't eat and that's never good. Communication is pretty good as well. Wish they had a phone number instead of the only texts though. They always respond fairly quickly and help with my cat family.

My 4, 1 year old cats are obsessed with Smalls. I’ve stopped on 2 occasions for budgeting reasons and my cats are finicky to the point where I had to reinstate my subscription. They have to have Smalls as part of their meals. I do wish you had an app, it would make it more convenient.
