While it took some time and help from the Smalls team to get my kitties into their fresh food, at 18 and nearly 20 years old, I have never seen my cats look or feel healthier. They both loved their raw food before, but age and chronic conditions left them unable to digest it. While they enjoy high quality canned food, I couldn't get them to eat consistently. Since they have been on Smalls, there have been no hairballs, their stools are regular and they don't smell and their coats are soft and lovely. Their chronic conditions are also well managed and they are loving the recipes and the new broths! Receiving my shipment is easy and serving size for my cats is spot on so food is never wasted. One thing that would make me love them even more is if they fund a way to reduce plastic in the food packs, opting instead for refillable containers or similar. And I'd love for them to keep adding new recipes and proteins like rabbit, duck or quail. The customer service team is amazing and a great help. Highly recommend Smalls! Give it time, ask for help when you need troubleshooting, they know their cats!
