I'm sorry to hear that your cats haven't taken to Smalls as expected, despite your efforts. We also understand that storing frozen food can be inconvenient. Cats are extremely scent motivated, and the chill of the fridge can mute the tasty aromas of Smalls. Warming the food with some hot water or ~10 seconds in the microwave can really open up the ‘nose’ of the food. That’s often enough to convince a skeptical kitty to give Smalls a try! I've also seen some cat parents have success mixing in some enticements with their Smalls! This would be things like liver powder, bone broth, tuna can water, or even bonito flakes, if you happen to have any of those lying around! You can also add our own topper options to your next order if you'd like - we've made our own broth options with no added salt, which can make a great difference to your kitty's transition.
