Food has good ingredients and my cats liked all but the pulled food. Too chunky for them. Easy to order on line. Still adding more smalls to the kibble.

I used smalls for years and my cat liked the food. However they were rude and difficult to work with when my cat died. After I had already told them my cat died, they asked me 3 times why I was canceling and refused to give me a refund even though I notified them in time.

Our cat Finnigan loves Smalls. He was a picky eater and it used to be hard to get him to eat a lot of foods regularly. He loves Smalls and eats it everyday. He also has FIV, he was a feral cat and wasn't in the best health, he has gained weight, is very healthy and happy, has had no problems from his illness. Would highly recommend this food, along with the exceptional customer service.

The quality of the food makes my cats poop and urine pleasant. Lol. I live in an apt and you never smell the litter. We have been buying this food at least 2 years now. I will never change. The company communicates very well and the customer service is excellent! I really feel like a valued customer.

My boys loved this food! When they both passed away in September, just 2 weeks apart, it was the worst feeling in the world. When I called to cancel my subscription I evidently didn’t do something correctly so when I got an email saying they were shipping the food I panicked. I made another call and spoke to the most pleasant lady. She said she would halt the shipment and refund my money. Which she did. About a week later I received the sweetest gift in the mail of 3 small live indoor plants with tarracotta pots for repotting. Not only is Small’s food great and healthy, the company is top notch. I would highly recommend their products!
