I'm very sorry to hear about your recent experience with your order. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially given the importance of having reliable food for your kitty. I can understand your concern about the delivery mix-up and the condition of the food upon arrival! Unfortunately once parcels are picked up we do not have control regarding how they are delivered as they are a third-party service, and we are not able to specify a requested carrier for an order, as our warehouses use a variety of carriers based on availability and reliability in your area. In order to facilitate better delivery for future orders we'd recommend adding a delivery note to your tracking information once it's emailed to you with any relevant information to pass along to the carrier. As for your order arriving thawed, we definitely understand needing to keep a consistent diet, and that delays in your orders arrival can cause undue stress in your serving plans.
