We investigated the matter and found you have only placed the order of the remote in our store.Please know that the remote you ordered is suitable for Icebreaker,Striker and Explorer fans. （1）Shall we know what fan you owned?If your fan is not one of those series,we have another version of the remote that fits other fans in our store too.We can send you the replacement. (2)If you got problems with the fan,please provide us with the information about the name/model of the fan.We also need to know where you bought it from?We will contact our tech team to help you fix the problem. Regarding the voicemail,if we don't pick up the phone,there comes the voicemail.We will return to our customers if we receive the messages. Regarding your concern about the control, (1)This Icebreaker fan features a remote,you can control the fan speed and the light as you need.The fan can be on without the light coming,you just need to enter"pair" button.The "pair"button is for getting the remote connected with the fan and for controlling the light on/off. If you got problems with the remote,please feel free to contact [email protected] or reach out to 888-253-2374. (2）About the "beeping"sound,you hope it can stop when it is at maximum/minimum speed.Thanks for your suggestion,we will add this as a new feature and escalate it to our tech team. (1)About the delivery service： Usually the delivery notification will be sent to customers automatically.Our customers can check the process through their emails. As for your first two orders,it took about 5 days to have them delivered.But resent order SF#2080,it was just delivered not long after you left the review to us on Monday(Sep 20).The shipping company spent more time this time because they do not deliver packages on weekend so they proceeded it on Monday. We are always keeping an eye on the delivery process,if we find out the updates are not revised immediately,we will contact the carrier and investigate the problem.As for your order SF#2080,we could see the delivery went smoothly and there were updates revised everyday.
