The fan was super easy to hang. Wasn’t very heavy. Simple wiring. My only complaint is the dim feature. The cool white isn’t very cool white and not as bright as I would prefer. Also, when using the regular light switch, why won’t a smart fan keep the fan going after turning it off and on?
Response from smafan.comJan 10, 2024
Thank you for sharing your experience with the fan installation. Regarding your concerns, the dim feature and light color temperature, it's helpful feedback, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your input will be considered as we continually work to improve our products. Regarding the fan behavior with the regular light switch, please note that our DC ceiling fans are controlled by the remote, smartphone APP and voice command. A switch can only power on/off the fan. You can use the remote to control the light and fan seperately.
