I can not get the seat belt through both left and right sides as directed. the seat belt is too short. I was able to connect it once but my dog was very unhappy, as she was tided to tight. I considered sending the Sleepypod back, but first I need to research other belting systems.

Product is made of high quality materials that seem likely to hold up in a car accident, which was my reason for purchase. It did not fit my dog at all. Return and reimbursement were uncomplicated.

I have tried a few harnesses for my cat but he always gets out of them or they don't fit well. This harness fit well after adjusting the harness.

Customer service is impossible to reach. An “answering service” person always answers, saying all representatives are busy. They take your info each time and promise to call back….but never do. If you try to push back on the lack of callback, they hang up.

I received this about 2 weeks ago but still have yet to use it. I guess i need a video regarding the one piece and how it fits on the straps. Am taking a trip in the next couple of weeks and will try it out with her. I have friends that have smaller dogs that can use the sleepypod. My dog is just a bit too big and sleepypo cannot accommodate her (“))

My product came VERY fast.

I ordered a medium harness and a 4 foot leash. When I received my mail about a week later (the third party tracking stinks but that’s not on them) I had received a large harness and a 6 foot leash. Although I was happy with the longer leash (was more expensive than the other) I received a large harness. I reached out to support disappointed but I came out a winner. They let me keep the longer leash, and expedited the correct (UPDATED NEW MODEL) harness to me overnight, VERY impressive. My only gripe is I think the Velcro might have been overall easier to put on. If my kitty wasn’t as sweet as she is, if your cat has a temper don’t get them the one with the buckles. I’m happy with it because she just lets me do whatever, but for the stereotypical I want my space cat it is not an “easy install” lmao Would recommend. Go smaller if you’re not sure. The synch feature is neat and the light it comes with is cute. Thank you guys.
