These SleepPhones are fantastic
These SleepPhones are fantastic - the battery lasts all night and the new material means they stay in place the whole night as well. Can be a bit challenging to mount on a vertically attached base for charging, sometimes requiring removal of the CPU (not too difficult - plug was a very good idea). The first generation wireless did not stand the test of time due to excessive fatigue loading on the wiring. Regularly pulling out and re-inserting the CPU has snapped the wires. This looks to be an improvement - no need to bend the wiring excessively on a frequent basis (only when washing the fabric band).

Discomfort
The headband doesn’t stay in place on my shape of head and the speakers cause a lot of discomfort on my ears(side sleeper). Also, I meditate laying on my back. The bluetooth devise uncomfortably pushes against the back of my neck/head. Not worth the $150 for the effortless. Getting two stars rather than one because of the simplicity of charging.
Response from SleepPhones®Aug 20, 2018
Dear Kolten, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! Having the correct size headband will alleviate the issue you are experiencing. We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty Concerning the module, we would suggest moving the Bluetooth® module to the front or side of the head. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the Bluetooth® module to the front of their heads as this is more comfortable. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know!

Great product
Great product, quality sound from little speakers & unbelievable delivery time to Australia, less then a week. Would have been 5 star but I think the product is overpriced.

Postage Charges a Killer!!
I love the product but the postage charges will prevent me from ordering again and recommending to others US$50 for postage is more than the product and I order online from US for delivery to UAE and have never paid this much ever before. UPS is the worst for delivery costs and you need to change your supplied Fed-ex, Aramex, Empost, DHL all cheaper. I generally don't order things from UPS for this reason and I'm sorry I will not be to order from you again until you change your postage charges.

The gift of sleep
I bought a Simple SleepPhones for my boyfriend to wear because he works nights and sleeps days. He can finally sleep without all the little day noises around the house waking him. It was really easy to program and I charge them every other night thru the USB while I am on my laptop. He stores them in the RunPhones bag with the charge cord. Well worth it!

I love these SleepPhones
I love these SleepPhones! I tried off-brand products and none of them compare. These may be a tad pricey, but they are worth every penny.
