Good sound quality, poor build quality
Good sound quality, but didn't even last a year without 1 side stopping working. Not worth getting unless on sale.

I have used the wired sleep phones for years and loved them, so I decided to try a pair of the wireless ones. Although they are comfortable, they stop working every few days. When I called the company about the problem a couple of months ago, they told me to unplug the unit and let the battery drain. This process takes 3-4 days, during which the headphones aren't usable. Once I recharge them after the drain, they do start working again. However. The process has to be repeated every few days. It's very exasperating. This is a terrible product for the expense and the customer service solution, is lame. I recommend staying with the wired version, even though it isn't as comfortable dealing with the cord. At least it works consistently.

I am a little disappointed . I was hoping at this price point that these would be of better quality. As it stands they are no better than my $15.00 ones from amazon. I am a side sleeper and have an issue with the wires bunching around the square earpiece making them very uncomfortable . Also the charging pad slides around pushing the earpieces out of place while I sleep. Charging is a little strange having to unplug the earpieces to charge the battery compared to just plugging my other set in. The headband itself is soft and comfortable , not overly warm. It does twist some while I sleep and slides over my eyes . Which could be my fault (maybe measurements were off) . Sound quality is good . The controls are hard to work and adjust while wearing also. All in all in my opinion the wires are to long , the earpieces should maybe be rounded off a little and maybe secured somehow so all of the pieces don’t bunch together..

They're really comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. I love using them, but the lack of durability is frustrating. Between my wife and myself, we've gone through 3 sets of the wired models. In all cases, eventually (less than a year) one ear will stop working. Tried to fix, but tiny wires are hard to solder. Switched to wireless (really nice!) but, less than a year in, they don't hold a charge. Happened to two pairs. Of course, the whole module is overmolded, so trying to replace the battery cells on is probably hard. I guess I may as well try. Besides the E-waste this creates, they are too expensive to always be replacing. My wife switched to cheap knockoffs (they won't last anyway, so why not save the money). I'm going to see if I can exacto knife open the modules and try to figure out some way to replace the battery cells. Update: I began investigating the internal construction. It was actually unnecessary to cut the rubber of the module; there is a sticky covering that can be peeled off. Inside, there is a main "brain" and then a flat, square battery module connected by a removable connector. Because of this, it actually appears that a battery replacement would be quite feasible, the main difficulty being that there could be some damage involved in peeling off the cover. However, with care I think this could be replaced, even if some Scotch tape was involved- after all, the module resides in the headband when in use. I don't know where to start looking for a replacement battery though, I do not see any identifying information and it's quite possible it is a custom part. I'm going to double check to see if sleep phones offers replacements.

I've had this sleep headband for about 10 days now and have had 3 problems with the current product. First its a good product and I wear mine nightly to listen to my pink noise on my iphone. Here's my problems: 1. the ear pieces 'float' in the headband. When I turn over during sleep, the ear pieces move in the headband. There should be a way to make them stay in place, once adjusted in place. 2. The battery also 'floats in the headband and often covers one of the hearing pieces when I wake up during the night. Adjusting them is very bothersome to me. 3. The hearing pieces must be placed exactly over the ear within a quarter inch or I can't hear any sound. Fix these problems and its a winner product. Nows it a prototype in need of further development.

I bought the wireless headband for sleeping because I have tinnitus. I've used it for a week now. The sound quality is good and the band itself soft. This product helps mask my tinnitus well, but in my experience it's not comfortable. I sleep on my side and wear the headband all night and sadly the outside of my ears hurt a lot after and the pain doesn't go away because every night the pressure makes it a bit worse. People have said the headphones and Bluetooth module are almost unnoticeable but for me this isn't true. the headphones are very noticeable when you're on your side and as I said they actually hurt. The module and especially the cord feel awkward and it is hard to place it comfortably. The most bothersome part of the Bluetooth module is that the buttons make a very loud sound when pressed, and they are so sensitive that I've woken up to the loud "beep" noise in the middle of the night. I don't know why this product is so uncomfortable for me when so many say it is very comfortable, but here we are. For someone who sleeps on their back or doesn't use it the whole night, these problems might not show up. I will keep using my sleep phones though, because after all the problems they are still way better than earbuds!

The comfort level of my sleepphones is excellent, I can actually sleep comfortably and wake up not knowing they have been there...no "tight" marks or sore ears!! The only issue I have found is the speakers drift if I toss and turn. Get that issue straightened out and these would be premier head sets. Soft, comfy, good sounding and a little wandery within the headband.

Dear Aurora, We are sorry the band you ordered does not fit you well! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! SleepPhones are great but the ‘effortless’ charging system isn’t. When I place the phones on the ‘effortless’ charger the light blinks green for a few seconds and then starts blinking red. I have to fuss with the placement of the phones for minutes to get them in the exact right position. It seems that I can never find the right position because no matter how I place them the blinking green light comes on (indicating that they’re positioned correctly) and then seconds later the red light starts flashing. It would take less time and effort to just charge them by using the standard charging cord. I feel like I spent extra money for a flawed charging system. Again, I love the actual headphones but the charging system is disappointing (did I get a faulty charger?).

Hello Sleeper, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You might need to move the module a bit within the headband as the Velcro® and loop opening might be interfering with the magnets. If this does not alleviate the issue, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm ET) and we would be more than happy to assist you!
