Great for one year, then they break.
Sound quality is good and they are comfortable. I think I am on my third. But they have bad build quality. USB plug comes loose or the cable disintegrates.

The headband style sleepphones are really great if you are a side sleeper. I found them very comfortable although every time I put the headband on I have to push the speakers around in the fabric for a while to get them to sit in the right place. They are not tethered in any way within the headband. I have had no trouble with bluetooth pairing or recharging them. The reason I am giving them a two star review is that after about a year of use they now produce various buzzes, whines, and hums through the speakers making them useless. This is not acceptable for a product that is priced as though it is a premium product. I have now purchased a similar headband from another company which has cost about a quarter of what I paid for these and works just the same.

Sleepphones are significantly more expensive than other similar products on the market, but over all I'm not sure it's worth paying out. The battery pack is a very bulky unit that sits at the back of your head and digs in. Other models which are 80% cheaper have a smaller and more compact unit that sits at the front of the headband, and this aspect is far superior than anything sleepphones are currently producing. The headphones themselves are undoubtedly slimmer than anything else I have seen, but they move frequently within the fabric and have to be repositioned every evening. Overall, at around the £100, I'd expect better design. It seems like a good idea, but greed has perhaps gotten in the way of good design. I wouldn't buy again or recommend, unless the price point came down by at least 60%.

Just as I'm falling asleep after the sleep timer cuts the music, they yell into my ears "HEADPHONES ON". They're comfy though.

These are a nice idea, but can cause pain. Yes, they may be the slimmest earpieces available, but they are still a hard plastic disc around 22mm diameter by 2mm thick. It's solid with a fabric covering, so the hard disc still presses against your ear. I understand these are probably piezo speakers and thus need to be encased by plastic, but honestly for me the discomfort can make them unwearable. I've switched back to my £10 pendant earphones.

Initially this product was great and it’s pretty good at blocking out sound and has good playing quality. However, after only about a month or less of having it the battery started deteriorating. It stopped charging all the way and the charging light would come off when it wasn’t actually fully charged. Also, I would plug it in all day and then turn it on and be at half battery. Super annoying especially because when I try to use it on half or less battery it stops working in the middle of the night and won’t turn back on. It’ll play for about a minute before shutting off again and then it’s pretty much done for the night. It’s very pricey and definitely not worth all the problems it has. I like the idea and function of it but it’s gotten very finicky in terms of actually working and it just isn’t worth the price.

The sound is good but the fit and comfort level are sub par. The technology inside is akward and press against the occipital bone. The inner workings are constantly shifting out of place because of the bulkiness of the velcro seams. Just a general nuisance to get and keep in place. The design and technology are not at a level that justifies the price. I was disappointed.
