Generally very happy with the “Effortless Sleep Phone”. As commented in other reviews, the individual speakers tend to shift around in their pockets but not so much as to make them hard to hear...especially when asleep. The electronics/battery also moves which can make the volume controls hard to find and use. With the way things shift around, I hope the wiring from the electronics to the speakers holds up, especially since they get laid on by your head when sleeping. For now, this looks like a good product that will prove to be durable over time.

I love your product and use it daily for watching TV. Recently the battery went out. I ordered a whole new set and received a text from the USPS that it had been delivered, but I did not get it. I called your customer service and was very disappointed with how they handled the matter. Your products are not insured and not tracked. I was told to go to the post office and open a dispute with them. So I got in the car, drove to 2 post offices before finding the one who handles my mail and was informed that because it was not sent priority and not insured by you I could not file a dispute. I could complain by going on-line but there would be no attempt on the part of the USPS to find the missing package as there was no identifying information to track. I called you again and was told to wait 2 business days. I think for something that costs this much you should invest in sending it priority so there is tracking. I am hesitant to buy from you again. Feels like throwing $$ to the wind. Love the product, dislike the customer service.

Upgraded from wired headphones to Bluetooth set. Very easy to set up. Really love the ease and comfort without a wire twisting as you turn at night. Sound quality is good.

Ordered 13th August - received order confirmation, NOTHING SINCE!

Gift for hubs bday. Loves them! He says they sound great and are very comfortable...that's what matters!

Love my SleepPhones. They are a marriage saver in the travel trailer.
