Hello Willis, Thank you so much for the kind words about our products and pricing—it means a lot to the team that you think of us for your sleep therapy needs. I want to sincerely apologize for that 5-day delay with your recent order. There is nothing more frustrating than seeing a package "stuck in limbo" when you’re counting on your supplies. While we alternate between carriers like USPS and FedEx to find the most efficient routes, once a package is handed over to the carrier, the actual transit timing is unfortunately out of our hands. It’s a bit like handing off a baton; we do our part to get it out the door fast, but we hate it just as much as you do when the carrier drops the ball. We’re glad it finally arrived, and we really appreciate your patience and your loyalty.
