I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift card promised, even after numerus follow ups. I've been following up almost every week and have not received any updates, responses or acknowledgement from "support@sleepgalleria . com". Yet, every time when I called for a status, I've been told to email support@sleepgalleria . com. There's a 90 day waiting period to file for the gift card. Not sure if I can even dispute the charge since it's pass 90+ days from purchase. I called the manager at the location where I purchased the mattress, he said gift card is handled by Corporate. No responses from Emily at Corporate to date.

I ordered a massage chair and paid with a credit card. The website indicated the chair would be delivered by Jan. 31. Well into February, I hadn't received delivery. I called, talked to someone who said it would be delivered the following week. Nothing... Then I emailed and texted and attempted another call. No response from any! I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute. They have until the end of March to respond, but so far nothing after more than 3 weeks. Don't trust these people!

I ordered a massage chair for my house and told the sales rep that I have a narrow doorway. He reassured me that the chair comes in 3 pieces and would be able to come through a narrow doorway. On the day of the delivery, the chair could not fit through the doorway. The delivery men reassured me that I could decline the delivery, they would take pictures, and I would receive a full refund. That was over 2 months ago and I still haven't received a refund. The customer service department is hard to reach by phone. They are often closed even during their regular business hours. My emails have gone unanswered. It appears that I am just out $4,000. I will keep trying to resolve this, but wanted to post this so others can be aware.

Told me they were under new management so ignore past reviews. Not true. Terrible. Sent cheaper chair then ordered and kept saying they would correct it but they didn’t. Beware of what their customer support person tells you. It’s not the truth.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM SLEEP GALLERIA COMPANY. NOT ONLY THEY BAIT & SWITCH ON THE PRODUCT A FEW WEEKS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR BUT THEY ALSO LIED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE THEN GHOSTED ME AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM AFTERWARD. I CONTACTED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPENED AN INVESTIGATION SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMM COMPANY! I ORDERED A TITAN 4D MASSAGE CHAIR ON 01/09/2024.

The mattress showed up as promised, which is why I gave them two stars. The free $200 gift card that I was entitled to as part of my purchase, did not. I went through all the steps and received email confirmation but once the 100 day mark hit for them to email the gift card, they ghosted me. Don’t buy here unless the price is better than a local store. Do not count the “free” gift card into your deal price. It’s a scam. They make you jump through ridiculous hoops and then it does not show up. Buyer beware.

I'm not sure what kind of company this is but I will never purchase from them again. I ordered my chair on Jan 7th and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. I have called (never get anyone to answer), emailed (they replied once, saying 10 day), I have used the Chat feature (it said it was getting an agent to assist and it's been 18 minutes and no one ever came on). I requested to cancel my order, as this doesn't seem to be company I want to do business with and of course it says you can't cancel after 72 hours...but when they say to wait 10 days for delivery and they don't come through as promised...you've exceeded the 72 hours. I will be filing a complaint with my States Attorney Office, to ensure they can't hold other unsuspecting consumers hostage, by design. I hope everyone who has a similar experience does the same. As well as the BBB. This is unacceptable.

If I could give minus five stars I would. I ordered my mattress on January 2nd, expecting it to arrive between January 3-5. It is now January 19th and I still don’t have it. Sleep Galleria cannot give me a delivery date nor can they tell me why it has been delayed. They will not allow me to cancel my order or refund me my money. I will never shop with this company again.
