I neve did receive the headboard brackets that I added on with my ghostbed adjustable bed. and after a few emails still nothing.

On-line purchase went well. It was the communication of delivery and the "White Glove" setup that did not. I had to call to find out when I would receive my massage chair after almost two weeks of waiting, after the initial email. The delivery company called and said they don't do setup. I had to call back about again. Then I was given a number to call, instead of Sleep Galleria finding out and keeping me informed. The Company they hired "Angi" didn't know what they were doing either. I got two calls from delivery people in Georgia. They had my phone number, wrong name, wrong address. The one guy gave me a phone number to call (again me) that didn't work. Finally got in touch with "Angi" and they gave me another phone number to call...no answer. I received a text message that said they would be their Thursday to assemble the chair. Then another text message said they had a problem and would come on Friday, with no call to ask if that would be alright with me. Glad I stayed home because they came on Thursday. They had the right address and what they were to put together but they had the wrong name!!! The installers were very nice and did a good job but had never put a massage chair together before. I think Sleep Galleria should have done all the calling and checking on this and not the customer!! The setup company "Angi" is terrible!! They are out of Georgia. I ordered my chair 9-12-22, delivered 10-02-22 and assembled 10-05-22. Luckily I had a place to store it until assembly. It came on a pallet. This is a big item. I'm just glad I didn't live in an apartment.

I brought this massage chair and after 2 weeks having it...the left arm side STOP working. I been going through customer service and the manufacturer just to fix the problem and Still has not been resolved. I even paid for the extended warranty which is not so great. I ask if the can have someone come to my home and install the new arm but no answer..I just wish I can return this whole item and get my money back

I have no complaints regarding the massage chair I purchased, although delivery was 4 weeks versus the 3 I was told. But I was extremely upset with the customer service I received regarding the "White Glove" delivery and setup service. Buyer beware that the people doing the setup are Angi's List contractors, not necessarily bonded. They no-showed 3 appointments - each a 2 hour time window where I just sat waiting on them to show up. A 4th appointment with a local handman they found on Angi also did not happen. I finally got my dad to put the chair together, that was a 4 hour ordeal! My biggest issue with the customer service was not the cancelled appointments, but how little contact Sleep Galleria had with me. After the first skipped appointment, I had to continuously reach out to them. No one ever called to see if they showed up after one, two, even three missed appointments. Guess they didn't care. Each time, they said they'd get it rescheduled and moved the setup out 2 or 3 more days. It was 13 days of 3 giant, heavy boxes sitting in the middle of my floor before I had enough and made my own arrangements.

did not show up when they said called me 5 hr early had to leave work then no one was there for white glove treatment so i had to hire people to bring the chair down because i have a bad back this was a horrible experience never buy again

Bought a Stearns and Foster mattress. Honest price, salesman was great, and delivery was seamless. Sleep Galleria included a sheet set and two pillows. Small issue: Just wish we had received 2 slide sleeper pillows instead of one regular and one side sleeper. Overall an excellent experience!

I purchased this for my sister when she received it she was a static she's loved it and used it twice a day sometimes three times a day she can't tell me thank you enough thank you for helping her thank you again

My wife and I purchased a Kahuna Arete Elite massage chair from Sleep Galleria in April 2022. Their pricing was very competitive and, being located in Georgia, we liked the idea of dealing with an East Coast supplier. Darin Davis, Sleep Galleria Sales Professional, even helped us with getting a better price for this chair which made our decision easy. Unfortunately, the Kahuna company may have been experiencing some supply-chain issues, so it took a little longer than we had hoped to actually take delivery of the chair in June. However, again Darin Davis really went the extra mile to ensure that we were kept updated as to the status of our delivery and put in extra effort to work with the freight carrier and get our chair delivered to us. In the end, we were (and still are) extremely satisfied with our Kahuna massage chair AND our purchase of it from Sleep Galleria. We would highly recommend Darin and Sleep Galleria if you are considering buying a massage chair or mattress from an online store. Well done and thank you again, Darin & Team!!
