Read all the fine print. Not every piece of furniture carries same warranty ,return or exchange policy. I got a massage chair and thought it was exchangeable and found out it was not. The air bags on sides do not inflate enough to reach your hips or thighs. The neck massager hite my head not my neck. Im stuck with chair they said. Tuff luck. Beware. Read everything before you sign on dotted line

I selected the white glove delivery service because I was told the massage chair I ordered required assembly. When the chair arrived it was already in 1 piece, no assembly required. I paid $179.00 for this service and I feel as though I was over charged. This service was not worth the cost and i think the company should do something about this matter.

Purchased an Osaki 4000 massaging recliner chair. Also "white glove delivery"for an additional $179. This was to include installation. Chair was delivered, with out an owners manual. Chair wasn't installed properly and appears to be broken/ defective. I purchased chair from SLEEP GALLERIA, not direct from Osaki, the manufacturers. SLEEP GALLERIA IS ASSIGNING BLAME TO OTHERS RATHER THAN GIVING ME THE SERVICE I DESERVE. So, I have a $2300. purchase sitting in my home unusable.

My first interaction with Sleep Galleria was customer service when I ordered my massage chair. Excellent service. My next interaction was the actual delivery of my chair. I was a little surprised to find that there was only one delivery person, but I soon discovered he was very capable of delivering, and assembling the chair. He did all aspects of his job with excellence and although he was not an employee of the Sleep Galleria, he represented them well. Finally the chair has exceeded our expectations, and I have been very pleased with my decision to purchase.

I had the worst experience purchasing a 1,600 massage chair. They took my money and then said they didn't have the chair but wouldn't return the money. I had to go through the fraud department with my bank, once I did that they said they would send the chair but they sent me the wrong model and the bottom half of it didn't work. I've now been trying to either fix it or get my money back...no response. So much more happened but the long and the short of it is...go through a different company!

The mattress/box springs were not as advertised as it did not provide support. We purchased an additional "Hard" Topper in hopes it would shore up the softness, but it did not resolve the issue. We now have exceeded the 90-day trial period and was told we do not have any recourse.

Horrible customer support. Will never buy from here. They don't let you return defective items, instead they offer to ship you another defective item and keep your money. Will NEVER SHOP HERE again!

I bought a massage chair in June . The chair didn’t work. And the whole time of getting the replacement until today. Most of the customers were unfriendly, helpless. Never buy any of their items again in my life.
