The ability to have access to a sleep specialist with the use of a long-distance testing device has been an easy method to continue receiving U.S. equivalent care. When issues with uploading the information arose, the customer service team responded quickly. They worked to resolve the situation with several solution options.

I had a very specific question and only hopefully thought I might get a specific answer. But the answer was fast and clear and very helpful.
