love the glass terrarium and base, the plant was not packaged like it was in the video resulting in all the leaves coming off when pulling out cotton. there was no plastic pipe protecting it from cotton. i’m gonna see if i can get them to grow back

It’s not as delicate as the photos portray. There is barely enough moss… mostly dirt

Customer service was rude and told me to “pay attention” when I pointed out the tracking information showed the item being rerouted. But customer service blamed me when the item never even made it to me

The glass that my tree sits in is very dark. It is hard to see the tree inside.

Hi, sorry for this inconvenience. We didn't receive any email or message from you to solve your order. Because the material we used to make this vase is dark in color. Could you send some pictures of your tree of life, please? We will review and resolve your issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Horrid experience. First one I inver got - broke in shipping but no one bothered to ever tell me until I required where it was at. They sent a second one - glass intact but tree completely dead - when I inquired they said I could buy a new tree for another $50.00. I have also been trying to get refund on a horse minature for the terrarium that I paud $15 for and nothing ever came. Will never order from this company again!

Hi Louise, please check the store where you place order again. We didn't sell any thing called horse minature. And we can't find any order with your name. It is too hard for us to solve your problem.

I absolutely Love my Sky Terrarium. Just received yesterday but find myself staring into the globe. It’s visually beautiful and brings the colors of life into my living room. Thank you for the quick shipment.

It's been 3 weeks and I've emailed twice with a response that doesn't add up. I just get a tracking number that a label has been created. And I'm being told it takes 3 days for usps to update tracking. It's supposed to be 2-3 day shipping. Almost certain I have been scammed. If it actually shows up I will update this review
