Sent me a dead plant. Told me they wanted me to unpack the entire thing and plant a new one. I said no I want the what I paid for. Their response was if I don't want to accept a plant to replant the entire thing myself...I would have to package their plant and pay to ship it back to them before they would replace it. This is not ok for a $200 plant.

I haven’t received my package yet. It just shows sitting at a usps location. I’ve emailed with no reply. Pretty sure this is a scam at this point and will be reported

Never received item. Kept telling me to look around. I looked 20 times. When I contact support they just say “it was delivered”. No help. Awful experience. Don’t trust them.

Hello Mike, We sincerely apologize for your negative experience at our store. You mentioned that we did not assist you, which is not correct. We have had very open and transparent exchanges via email. However, when the product was delivered by USPS, the tracking showed successful delivery. Our product is of high value and quite large. We suspect that someone may have stolen your product upon delivery by USPS. This issue is beyond our control. Your claim of not receiving the package without providing us with camera evidence or the USPS delivery timeframe forces us to resort to dispute measures with your bank as well as with the USPS carrier. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience faced. Best regards.
