Wow , I ordered in July , now in September and still nothing . Their tracking says delivered September 3rd. What a load of … Never received it!!!! 90$ gone Hopefully BBB can help Please avoid them !!

Received my plant in June, everything was fine. Then it started to look wilty last week of August. Reached out to company and their replies were SUPER unhelpful. They said it was a light issue, that I wasn't giving it enough light. Nothing has changed with that and I use the light they gave me with the instructions provided as well. Then when I told them that, they stated I wasn't watering it. I told them I follow their instructions of every 5-7 days with the mineral water. They then wrote back that it's too late and the plant is dead. WOW! Glad I spent over $200 on a plant that they offer no help or advice on how to save it! I can't be the only person who had a plant start to die and offer no advice on how to revive. This is your business, if you don't know you should figure it out. What a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am still waiting. Ordered on July 15. I have not received. I have called and left message and also emailed with no response. Please respond. On August 29th, a notification indicated that the item was delivered to a San Leandro location, which is over 45 miles away from my home. The issue continues to be unresolved. This company has advised me to contact the carrier. This is not acceptable.

Ordered lucky wood over 1 month ago but have not received it. I did reach out to them and did get a couple of responses but that’s all I have received. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Order my Lucky Wood plant and it still hasn’t arrived ordered August 6th , Was told 15 days and it would be delivered. It’s now August 28 and it’s still showing going back-and-forth to Delaware to LA Delaware to LA three times asked for some information. Sent an email got no response. i’m beginning to wonder if this is just a scam.

I ordered the lucky wood with vase, substrate, moss and lamp, $99. It was well packaged and had sprouted during the journey BECAUSE it was packaged properly in that vase. It is beautiful. Remove the cotton very slowly, it can tangle & break off the sprouting leaves if you aren’t VERY careful & slowly remove it a small amount at a time. Because it will get significantly larger than the vase, (most examples shown in shallow dish) I relocated everything to a decorative bowl. It was not difficult to move everything to the bowl, I even added more decorations to change around. I really love this thing. Everyone comments on how attractive it is. The included bottle of fertilizer was labeled in Chinese, I am using my best judgement. This substrate included is excellent for this venue, the moss looks healthy too. Keep the substrate wet but don’t float the moss. I put the fertilizer in the water, don’t let the substrate totally dry out. Yes, it needs light to grow, a little lamp is important. It did sprout, though, in the dark mail, moist but not wet. If you want it to continue to grow healthy, possibly even bloom, you will need to give it light.

Got a dead plant and they made it right. Love my tree of life terrarium!!!

I waited weeks for my lucky tree and when I opened it, it was covered n little worms. Probably maggots. 😔 throwing it away. Lost the $. DO NOT BUY
