Received a product that did not function as advertised. Emailed support requesting an RMA and shipping instructions. Four days later and now on the third email to support, I still do not have the information to make the return. This is unacceptable.

After receiving your email we contacted the manufacturer to see if this was a known issue or if there were a firmware update available to correct the technical issue that you described.
