Having been very happy with my 4 head it needed replacing and so I thought I would try the 5 head. BIG MISTAKE! It is more fiddly to clean and clogs up easily. If I don't shave my head for 10 days this attachment can't cope with it. It constantly jams up! I wanted to return it but Amazon only allows a return if it's within a month which isn't a long time to trial something like this. Very disappointed and am seriously looking at cheaper options! After all why pay over the odds for something that is not up to the job.

Skull shaver has broken withing one month of purchasing, I have contacted them a number of times via email and social media and do not receive any response! Ridiculous!!

Hatte den Gold Pro und die Rasur wurde nie wirklich glatt, weder nass noch trocken. Habe jetzt ein deutlich preiswerteres Produkt eines anderen Herstellers mit deutlich besserem Ergebnis.

Had an issue with the motor. Customer service was very good, they replaced the motor straight away within one week. Good communication from Rad. Very good shaver. UK customer.

I have purchased 2 skull shavers now and I have already sent one back due to it no working, I then received a replacement which is missing the rubber charger cover so am unable to use this and are more than likely going to have to send this back. I have been using the other that I purchase and the digital display does not work anymore. This is very poor quality on both of the items but for a product that has a big price tag I expected more.

Lost cutting head while cleaning razor. Went down sink. Stay in Uk and got Silver Pii Bill pro as a present last Xmas. Last night when washing the rasher in the sink one of the 4 cutter heads went down the sink accidently. Tried to call their uk customer service but there isnt a customer service number of any kind. Used their online chat option and aske dmt question. how do i get 1 replacement cutting head. the answer was scripted and pointed me to the webpage about blades. A lot of crap about we dont sell individual parts due to the 4 headed attachment being 1 unit which is aligned for safety etc and the crunch came if i wanted the 4 headed attachment (which i dont) 29.99$ . Absolutely reiterrate all previous bad reviews and would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is nonexistant in the uk anyway. Will definitely not be buying any of these products again and recommending that friends and family dont either

The item arrived in a well presented box with accessories included. When using for the first time I found it did the job and was easy to use at the back of the head. This in the long run will save money on barber bills especially for baldies like me. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought the gold shaver about a year ago. I was happy with the results. When I came to needing a new blade I signed up to the subscription offer on the skull shaver website. I have been waiting for 6 months for a new blade and now they have put the price up considerably. The customer service is nonexistent in the UK. I would seriously think twice about purchasing a shaver from them. There are more reputable firms such as Remington that are better for purchasing in the UK.
