Appaling customer service. Ordered a necklace, and got different style earrings instead. When complained, got told I need to send them back and wait 14 days for a refund. No attempt to rectify the situation or offer to send a replacement. Won't use again.

Reklamationen von 2 Paar unterschiedlichen Ohrringen, jeweils bei einem Ohrring der Steg abgebrochen. Eine Reparatur soll trotz GW 21 € kosten neue Ohrringe kosten 29 €. Seit dem 25.09.2023 reklamiere ich, alle E-Mail Adressen, die man mir anbot, reagieren mit den immer wieder kehrenden Textbausteinen, bis der Kunde aufgibt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service. Nie wieder Skagen!!!

In November 2022 I bought a solar-powered Skagen watch because I love(d) the brand and the idea of not needing an expensive battery replacment. I could not have been more disappointed- I have worn it twice and kept it like it was part of the crown jewels, feeling smug that I had a watch I could rely on for as long as I looked after it well. But when I came to adjust the five minutes it had lost with the 10 months that I have owned it, the crown fell right out. Now- since it was virtually brand-new, had genuinely only been worn twice (not for long on both occasions as I cannot wear it when I am working on the computer) and I am very, very, VERY particular, I was sure it had to be a manufacturing fault. Turns out that my two-year guarantee is worth nothing, and that I am expected to pay for a repair by, not Skagen, but Fossil. I cannot believe that a guarantee from a respectable company is not worth the paper it's written on, but there you are. The cheek of it- I got a survey asking me about the support and have been pestered remorselessly by Skagen and Fossil to buy more from them since getting in touch. Not happening.

Received a watch that didn't work Received a watch that didn't work. Rang then, they suggested I pay to get battery replaced. Arranged a return. Gave me 20% off code for new order. It didn't work. Finally got a code that worked. Ordered a similar watch. Now they cancel the order and give me a 15% code to reorder another. Watch no longer available. Lost a customer. Hopefully will get both refunds. I'm sure I will have to fight for that. Never again. Goodbye Skagen

Heute habe ich von meinem Uhrverkäufer erfahren, dass der Armbandservice für meine Skagen 989XLSLD (Kaufpreis ca. 170 € vor 4 Jahren) eingestellt worden ist. Skagen ist für ein sanftes und sparsames Design vieler Uhren bekannt. Ich liebe es an meiner Armbanduhr, dass sie zuverlässig und hinreichend genau funktioniert, dass das Armband fast nahtlos ins Uhrgehäuse über geht, dass der Biegeradius des Uhrglases vom Armband übernommen wird und dass die farbliche Abstimmung zwischen Ziffernblatt und Armband so gut gelungen ist. Armband und Uhr bilden eine Einheit. Aber das Lederarmband nutzt sich natürlich ab und sieht nach ca. 15 Monaten unansehnlich aus. Deshalb bin ich bereit, regelmäßig ein Armband für knapp 50 € zu kaufen. Eigentlich eine gute Idee für eine Kundenbindung. Skagen scheint sein eigenes "zeitloses" Design nicht zu würdigen und degradiert durch die Einstellung des Armbandservices diesen sehr schönen Gebrauchsgegenstand zu Modeschrott. Nichts mehr da, von "zeitlos" oder "nachhaltig". Skagen-Webseite: "Styles im dänischen Stil, bei denen gute Vorsätze und Langlebigkeit im Vordergrund stehen." Mit dieser Erfahrung empfinde ich das als leeres Marketinggeschwätz. Ich werde meinen eigenen Vorsatz durchaus nachhaltig verfolgen und von Skagen-Produkten Abstand nehmen. Bedauerlich!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional, shoddy and terrible at communication. They essentially stole money from me and never plan on giving it back. In the end my bank had to refund the money for a watch they they erroneously shipped to me, after they initially cancelled the order and I made other plans. It took months to get any info from them about the status of the return, and now they insist that the refund has been processed even though I can see no funds have been returned to me. I'll never ever shop from these people again. Bunch of unprofessional liars. I really hope someone reads this before purchasing from their online store and decides to shop elsewhere.

Non-existent customer service. No way to get money back for faulty product. I purchased earrings at £45 and the paint came off in a few months. I just asked for a refund as they were so poor and not fit for purpose. I was offered that they may repair them, if I paid to return them and at a likely cost. Complained again, just got the same standard response email. They were of the quality of something around £6-10.

Just bought a watch for my best friend 50th jubilee Sadly Very, very disappointed The watch itself is so basic looking, definitely not as the website polished look. The biggest con is the watch leather strap Its soo poor quality and very short, if you have wrists diameter of 19 to 20cm this will not fit, as the standard is 22mm long, which means you’ll be very disappointed as will not fit. Its made for kids or ladies wrists or midgets. Sadly the customer service is even less cooperative and literally useless, trying to deal with them is like hitting the wall with you already headache too painful. I had the watch engraved and that’s what let me down as their excuse is exactly that reason. Useless quality, useless customer service, lost time and money. If you’re a man and respect your money, Just look somewhere else for the big market and much better choices Avoid like plaque
