Terrible customer services goods returned and received by Skagen/Fossil in uk been chasing refund for 20 days. Just received excuses. Had to raise credit card dispute and report to trading standards for non payment. Do not buy from them

Have to speak up for Skagen watches. I saw poor reviews after submitting an on line order so worried about service, product and quality before it arrived. The watch is really nice, it came very quickly even though it was ordered in December. If I had any complaint thus far it’s that the site makes no reference to fact that if bracelet is too long links have to be removed by jeweller and instruction booklet enlosec with the watch for reducing size of bracelet did not apply to the watch I bought.

I bought my Skagen watch from Myers about 4 years ago. Since then it has need to have the battery changed twice and sent interstate for repai. Each time the cost to be including postage was approximately $70. I was advised to do this as could not change battery locally. Very disappointed with Skagen. Would never buy another one.

Kunden Support ist eine Katastophe schlechthin. Teilweise wird dort kein deutsch und nicht mal englisch gesprochen/verstanden. Mail werden nicht oder völlig idiotisch mit "Textbausteinen" beantwortet die mit dem Anliegen nichts zu tun haben. Es handelt sich zudem noch um eine "Lappalie", ein Armband das in falscher Breite geliefert wurde. Die Rücksendung wurde mit Rücksendetikette und Auftrag via Skagen/Fossil durchgeführt von Skagen aber komplette ignoriert. Rückzahlungen erfolgen scheinbar nur wenn man via PayPal Käuferschutz tätig wird. Um Skagen/Fossil Produkte sollte man inzwischen einen großen Bogen machen. Skagen und Fossil sind für mich inzwischen ein No-Go.

Die Uhren werden mit leerer Batterie ausgeliefert. Bei Reklamation wird auf das Service Portal verwiesen. Dort kostet die Batterie 0,00 Euro und der Versand und Austasch der Batterie über 30,00 Euro. Anfragen dazu bleiben unbeantwortet.

Felt I had to write this after reading so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I only read them after I had placed my order, so then thought either I would never receive the goods or they would be very poor quality. To my surprise, neither is true! Within 4 days I have received two pairs of lovely earrings, packaged beautifully in tissue, plastic sealed bag, linen gift bag and white gift box. Delighted my fears were unfounded - sorry for those who didn't have such a great experience.

Skagen are advertising items for sale that they are not always able to deliver. They admit that they are unable to track stock between warehouse and retail. They give no apology for this neither do they advise customers of this before they place orders. This results in customer frustrations that are seen on review websites. None that I have read are overstated. I wish I had read them first. Clearly a company suffering from underinvestment especially in customer service as it does not exist.

The watch arrived and it was not working. I contacted Skagen on 19 Oct 23. They told me to purchase a new battery and provide proof of purchase and they would reimburse me. After providing these details and following up on several occasions, I have still not been reimbursed for this amount. Communication with them has stagnated.
