Purchased some beautiful earrings at a very reasonable, discounted price. They are currently selling in John Lewis for 50% more than I paid, and the quality is much better than expected. Dispatch was prompt but, for shipping, Skagen used UPS who were very poor: after they failed to make any reasonable attempt to deliver to my home, the package was left at a collection point, a mile from my address. Fortunately delivery was free or I would have been requesting a refund. So, overall I was happy with my purchase and service, but loss of one star due to UPS not being fit for purpose.

Skagen Falster 3 (watch)H Huge problem... this is not even 2 years old from new.. it relies for charging on a magnetic contact to dual concentric ring on underside... Unfortunately those dual rings are glued on with some crap which melts at normal skin surface temperature. so... the rings make imperfect contact.. and eventually create even more heat... eventually the watch no longer even charges... Complete rubbish... avoid!

Lovely watch and sophisticated jewellery. Arrived promptly so very happy. I can't comment on the customer service as I haven't had to use it yet.

The worst customer service I have experienced in 20 years of buying things online. No reply to 5+ emails. The first phone call the representative clearly didn't want to deal with anything and advised fixing a brand new watch at my own cost. He suggested returning it and they would do 'something', he then wouldn't tell me what the something was! Ended up returning it but that was only for a refund but they don't seem to have any kind of automated returns so had to phone up and give them the UPS tracking so they could initiate a return. Was also told I couldn't speak to a manager or supervisor. To top it all off it was intended as a Christmas present! Avoid the Fossil group at all costs because they have absolutely no semblance of customer service, truly a disgrace.

This is for the customer service.Very bad, unprofessional and would straight away state as phone will be hung up and best possible answer can be given.Ordered watches not shipped nor any information of when it’s being shipped.Why is diagram having such useless customer service.

Habe auf Rechnung bestellt, es handelte sich immerhin um etwas teurere Ware. Auf der Rechnung fehlte allerdings die Bank-Adresse, auf die das Geld gehen soll (keine IBAN, BIC, nicht mal ein Name war zu finden.). Auch im Internet ist keine aussagekräftige Information zu finden. Habe mich also an den Kundensupport gewendet, welcher mir dann versicherte, er würde mir die korrekte IBAN zukommen lassen. Habe überwiesen, zwei Wochen später trudelte eine Zahlungsforderung ein, mit einer VÖLLIG anderen IBAN auf dem Papier. Ich wurde also vom Supporter angelogen. Und musste doppelt überweisen, um weiteren Forderungen auszuweichen. Ich bin seit 4 Wochen dabei, zu versuchen, einen der nutzlosen Customer Supporter dazu zu kriegen, mich mit meinem Problem auseinander zu setzen und mein fälschlich überwiesenes Geld zurück zu erhalten. Ohne Aussicht auf Abhilfe allerdings, im Support-Team sitzt nicht eine kompetente Person. Werde dort nie wieder einkaufen und es auch niemandem empfehlen.

Bought nearly £200 worth of goods to take advantage of the Cyber 40% discount, purchasing gifts for my family for Christmas. The package arrived with one of the necklaces missing. I contacted customer support to explain my position and queried why it was missing. Was asked to fill out a statement regarding Police and to confirm a family member hadn't taken it?! Ridiculous way to treat a customer, almost suggesting I was being false regarding not receiving the item. After three back and forth emails including sending imagery and signature, they said I'd receive a refund in 10-14 days and there's was no way for them to send the original necklace. To rub salt in the wounds they offered 20% off if i wanted to purchase another item, even though my original purchase was for 40% off, wouldn't even honour that. Terrible experience and really put me off the brand and ever purchasing from them again.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a necklace for my wife on the 30 nov with the expectation that it would be plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. Website said it would dispatch within 4-6 days and they would email me when it was dispatched. After a full week there was no dispatch email or status update. I checked my bank account and the money hadn’t even been taken out. I emailed the customer service email and my email came back undeliverable. I contacted the uk phone no. who to be fair answered my call very promptly with zero time spent in a queue who informed me my order had indeed been dispatched and was clearing customs. I pointed out the money hasn’t left my account yet so how could this be true and asked to cancel. The agent was very polite and apologised several times and replied that this payment was still pending their side and once again blamed the aforementioned IT problems. It seems weird they would dispatch an order without the payment clearing first so I’m still not entirely convinced. The agent could not give me a time frame when my order would actually arrive and I have a bad feeling it won’t actually arrive before Christmas. I also contacted the Facebook page and didn’t get a response either. I would have been more understanding if they company proactively called me or emailed me to update on my order status which they didn’t and was a missed opportunity for them to redeem themselves in my eyes. Would not order directly from them again.
