One of the hotpacks failed but my consultant confidently trouble shot the successful collection. I'm an RN and was impressed on how simple and painless the process was.

I’ve used other at-home testing brands, and so far SiPhox is far better. It covers all of my specific biomarkers and more. The kit is beautifully packaged, the instructions are clearly written, and you actually get a live person on video to walk you through your first test. They communicate sample tracking very well once it ships. However, I was never notified when the results were ready. I thought they were taking a long time, so I logged into my account and found that the results had already been sitting there for a few days.

Instruction call is the best! Really makes me comfortable with the whole process.

Spent over $370 for lab work that no Dr will trust and have to spend all that money again to get labs done by Drs lab. Regardless of CLIA certificate which they use like it's 100 percent of of lab process. It's not

Hi Kennith, I want to clarify this specifically, since it's a fair point to push on: CLIA certification isn't just a label on the lab doing the final analysis. It covers the entire testing process, including how the sample is collected, stored, and shipped, not just the assay itself. So the certification does account for the part of the process you're concerned about. What's newer here is at-home collection itself, and we understand why a doctor unfamiliar with it might be cautious. In cases like this, we've seen people get a venous draw the same day as their at-home kit and bring both results to their doctor side by side. That comparison has helped doctors who were initially skeptical come around on accepting our results going forward, since it shows the two methods lining up. We can't speak for your doctor's judgment, but we stand behind the accuracy of the testing process itself. We're continuing to work through the rest of this with you directly on your support ticket.

Eseniya was great. She helped me through the collection of my blood. It was easy to do.you get your results in about a week. The dashboard and written recommended actions provided were informative. I will definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

She was so helpful—my first drops did not bleed into the serum side as planned and I had to stick another finger—so glad she noticed and was able to coach me to do 2nd stick!
