It is made easy to do this at home although I recommend very strongly that you do the live support call so as not to mess up the sample. The feedback of the test results were highly informative and summarized things really well. Better than most doctors I've had. ; )

My previous review of SiPhox Health was based on several interactions with their customer support team. Today I was contacted by a very professional person who addressed my concerns and understood the issue which I was Facing. He offered to resolve the problem with no additional charges which was very much appreciated as I had already paid for two kits which I could not use. I still believe that the company should be more forthcoming about its plans and give more information about the content of the kits and what they entail as far as specimens. I look forward to getting the new kit and getting the tests I need for a new baseline for my coming healthcare plan.

The process was easy and straightforward but now I’m stuck in limbo waiting for my results. It has been 14 days since my draws were received by the lab and no word on when I will get my results. I have reached out to support 3 times now (2 days in a row) and this morning (at midnight) I received a generic “sorry for the delay. I will ask the lab.” With no follow up. Customer support is lacking to say the least. My husband received his results - which we shipped at the same time - last Sunday (today is Thursday) and I just sit in limbo. Update day 15: received another vague email saying they have asked the lab for an update but cannot give me a timeline of when my results are expected. We are on the 3rd day of my support ticket receiving vague unhealthful answers. I was “assured” they would be me my results. At my wits end with this.
