Kit was simple to use. I have thin skin, so the smaller lancet option was good for me. i took an everlywell test before and the lancet hurt a lot and I bled too much. Very cool that they can get so many interesting markers for this price.

The kit arrived in a timely manner and the instructions were easy to follow for a quick capturing of blood samples and mailing-in of the samples. The parameters measured are highly relevant to ones I am used to tracking.

I was having trouble registering my kit and figured since it was Sunday I would have to wait until Monday to get some help but much to my delight the chat line was running at 8am on Sunday. Affordable and convenient lab test results using in-home test kits and mail-in samples. The results came quickly. The tests are affordable. The web site is easy to use, and the company is responsive to customer inquiries. They have big plans for the future, and it will be interesting to watch them grow.

Great experience. Fast results. User interface could use some polish. Only problem that I had was that it was hard for me to get the required amount of blood. I followed the instructions, but it was still hard to get enough blood. Probably an individual issue. It could have been related to low humidity.
