Good quick service. I was a little disappointed because I thought I had ordered the model with the compas but apparently not. Other wise I am very happy with the product. Being an old guy I would have liked a Paper operation manual but the online manual is helpful just not as convenient for referring back to. I am very happy with my SiOnyx Aurora and would recommend it to my friends.

I purchased the Aurora Black. It did not have the features I wanted like the Time Lapse, Burst, self Timer panorama. I felt the pictures at .9MP were not that great. The 5 stars is for customer service. I sent the unit back and received 100% refund, I did have to pay for shipping back.

I am thrilled with the quality of the images at night under ambient, night light conditions. I am not as thrilled with the iphone interface. I have had problems downloading a video taken on the SiOnyx to my phone. It starts the download and just quits 2/3 of the way done. I know I can pull the micro SD card and do a manual download, but it should work via the iphone interface. Also, I've barely had the unit for a month and the SIONYX label is curling up and coming off the case. The adhesive should not be failing like this...happy to send photos.

Excellent customer service from Bill who responded quickly to answer all questions and assisted in confirming my March Madness Promo code was completed. Bill was also able to answer a technical question regarding cowitness height when the Pro is mounted on the optional picatinny rail as 1.5" which makes it halfway between typical absolute cowitness height and 1/3 cowitness height. The only reason for four stars is inability to get basic information from the website where user manuals would not drop in pdf format and could only access information in a small site pop-out window. I also had an issue confirming that the site processed my March Madness because the form would only reset on submission without providing any confirmation however Bill was again very quick to confirm after contacting him. I recommend to utilize site email tool for any questions. Purchased the Pro out of curiosity with plan to eventually invest in thermal/3P equipment, maybe this will allow SIONYX to further develop the Aurora (hunting/tactical applications) and challenge these more expensive technologies and extend battery life.

I decided to complete the purchase based on the sale bonus which provided fir a rail and IR illuminator. It was very frustrating to have to use another form which it took me three separate attempts to submit the info (which was already provided when i purchased( and needed photo of a receipt for something i just purchased on your own website. In addition i received NO confirmation that my info was accepted and shipping confirmation on the bonus items and still don't know if they are being processed. For those that purchase on you’re site the bonus items should be added at checkout. Please can someone confirm the the bonus items are ordered and will be shipped. When i receive the products and test them i will write a honest review. Thank you
