Terrible Communication Skills / Support
Ordered cover for my Simrad 7 online. Did not get a confirmation back as stated. I contacted Simrad online to confirm order went thru, received no response. Next day received email stating order had shipped with a tracking number. Five days later FedEx tracking shows order has still not been picked up, only a label was created.

Ordered new transducer straight from…
Ordered new transducer straight from Simrad website. Received a transducer for another machine in a box that was mangled and taped together. Guessing this is my final sign to go Garmin.
