The simrad autopilot pump not made for marine environment
The simrad autopilot pump operates in a pristine environment but is not built for the marine environment where moisture ans salt are a reality. This is my third pump in three years. Was thinking about shifting to some as from garmin, but I’m not sure it is a major improvement.

Easy to navigate the website
Easy to navigate the website, and great for finding older products, I was looking for the total scan transducer for my NSS evo2 system. Fast shipping as well.

Autopilot error
Autopilot was giving power to Optimus network so error message happened when key turned off. Ryan recognized issue and sent part number for perfect fix.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I canceled an order a month ago and haven’t been issued a credit. After two phone calls they still have no idea why. Nobody seems to know why it’s taking so long. They’re explanation is that it’s busy I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company I will buy a garmin in the future

We are so sorry for the delay. We did pull up your order and see that the item is still with FedEx. Usually, refunds are processed 10 days after the item is received back at our facility. We see that you refused the item on November 12th. There is quite a delay on transit. We are escalating this to get your refund issued ASAP. We will reach out to you shortly with a resolution. We are so sorry this has taken so long.
