Gold Seal Ground SchoolsReviews of groundschool.com

Completed the Instrument ground school and scored high 90s without the use of any other test-prep resources. The videos are concise, accurate, clear, and high-yield. Gold Seal questions accurately reflect the topics, style, wording, and pitfalls experienced on the FAA written exam. I appreciated the individual lesson quizzes to quickly solidify my knowledge and the stage checks to review entire sections. I will definitely return to Gold Seal for any other certification or rating preparation.

initially started my ground school training with Gleim because that's what my flight school used. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. The material was extremely text-heavy, and I found myself struggling to fully understand some of the concepts. I decided to take a chance and purchase Gold Seal Ground School, and I'm so glad I did! The difference was night and day. Gold Seal offers a modern, engaging, and easy-to-follow learning experience that makes understanding aviation concepts so much easier. As someone who learns better visually, I really appreciated how the lessons were presented, the interactive features, and the way complex topics were broken down into something practical and understandable. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a program that actually helps students learn rather than just memorize information to pass an exam. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and genuinely appreciate everything Gold Seal has put into its program. If you're a student pilot looking for a more modern, engaging approach to ground school, I highly recommend giving Gold Seal a try!

Great instructors, great visuals and extremely professional! Got a 95% first try!

I've had a great experience with Gold Seal Ground School and have used their program for my Private, Instrument, and Commercial ground training. Their courses have been a huge help throughout my flight training journey, and one thing that really stands out is their awesome customer service. Whenever I've called with questions or needed help, the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. Regardless of it being the weekend or a holiday. It's great knowing there's a team behind the program that genuinely cares about helping students succeed. My biggest disappointment so far is that their Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI) course isn't available yet. Overall, I highly recommend Gold Seal Ground School to anyone working toward their pilot certificates. Great training resources, excellent customer service, and a friendly team.

I love the module system, how important information is labeled and announced so you don't forget it & that unlike other study programs gold seal is actually engaging and funny at many times.

i like the instruction more than kings, it seems to have been more easily understood and more to my liking.

Gold Seal Ground School made learning aviation really enjoyable. I especially loved how they demonstrated and explained airspace. Everything was clear, easy to understand, and actually fun to learn. They did an amazing job breaking down complicated topics and making the lessons interesting instead of boring. I would definitely recommend Gold Seal to anyone getting into aviation!

I’ve been using Gold Seal for my aviation training for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience with them. I actually used Gold Seal when I was working on my Private Pilot license and had such a good experience that I decided to use them again for my Instrument Rating. The course is easy to follow, and they do a really good job explaining some of the more difficult aviation topics in a way that actually makes sense. I also like being able to go back through the lessons as many times as I need to. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Russell, and I was really impressed that he took the time to personally look at my course progress and talk with me. He actually took the time to understand what I was asking and gave me some really helpful advice. I appreciated that. I’ve spent a lot of time using Gold Seal, so my opinion comes from actually using the program. It’s a great ground school with good people behind it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone working on their flight training. Easy 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
