These guys are the best. I pre-ordered an 8th gen NUC, a BEH model that can hold a 2.5" drive. My old 5th gen would get handed down to my parents. Near the time for my trip to visit my parents, SimplyNUC had not received the BEH model from Intel. I asked about changing my order to the BEK model that was in stock so that I could take my old NUC with me to setup (talking non-technical parents through what to plug in where over the phone is way too trying on my patience). They responded to my request quickly and were happy to accommodate a swap but said they expected the BEH to be in stock the next day if I'd rather wait. They received their shipment and had the NUC in the on the FedEx truck the same day. Thanks Jarod and Jeff for the excellent service.

I needed some compact, but robust PC, to some home uses: home center, and home workstation. NUC answered these requirements. I searched on the web, to compare between several options, and SimplyNUC was the one which offered the ultimate level of customization for my purchase. I started buying some processor, but on last minute (and after having bought the NUC), I made my mind, and wanted to modify my purchase. Most of the companies which involve buying stuff from internet, tell you to do A LOT of paperwork before you can modify something, but with SimplyNUC, everything got solved only by sending a couple of e-mails! I feel very pleased with the level of customization on the customer treatment, and if I ever need new NUCs in the future, I am pretty sure I will pick SimplyNUC as first option, hands down.

Excellent to deal with in most every way. They were very responsive to all of my pre-sale and post-sale technical questions. The only area for improvement is with their internal communications. On 3 different occasions the wrong setup or part was sent to me because the original request was somehow misconstrued or changed by the time the actual customer request was implemented, shipped or acted upon. Once they implement a proper 2-part communication methodology, then they will be 5-star all the way.
