When I tried to spend over $30,000 on your site this evening, the credit card number field was grey with a sad face emoticon and wouldn't allow me to complicate the purchase. I had to call a colleague who finished the order from his desktop. Frustrating when a website makes spending money difficult - this could cost you business.

This was my first experience with a NUC small footprint computer and also working with SimplyNUC. I could not be happier with the computer, and also the purchase process from SimplyNUC. Great communication through each step of the process and shipment with tracking number. Easy setup instructions and the computer works great and is fast, which is exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely buy another NUC computer from SimplyNUC again!

After using nothing but Mac's for over 15 years I just bought my second NUC, by far the best computers I have ever used. On top of that their customer service department is outstanding! I only had to call tech support once due to something I messed up on my end and they were amazing also. I'm so glad I switched to SimplyNUC. I would recommend SimplyNUC to everyone who wants to have a great experience buying and using a computer.

Simply NUC service was great. Received NUC in timely fashion. Unfortunately Intel SSD would not fit in NUC SSD slot (too tight) and when forced in NUC would not start with no HDMI signal. Could be not compatible with monitor but no warnings about this before buying. Basically turned NUC for recycling. Big loss of money.

Thank you for your purchase and review. Sorry for your trouble with trying to build up the system on your own. This is a great example why we always encourage the purchase of a full system rather than just the barebone NUC from Intel. With systems we are able to insure that all the correct components are used and that the NUC isn't damaged in the assembly process. We also make sure to install the latest BIOS and driver updates to provide maximum system performance.
