What a great little PC. My NUC was easy to order and was shipped quickly. Thank you, SimplyNUC!

One of the critical parts in the bracket set was the shoulder screw. Each bracket was to have 2 shoulder screws. In the two packaged brackets I received, only one package had 2 shoulder screws. The other had only 1 shoulder screw, and an extra standard screw. This makes one bracket unusable. Not good.

Sam was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind several times about configuration and finally making the decision to buy. He also got me a nice discount. He communicated very well with me and always responded quickly to my messages. And, the NUC arrived 2 days sooner than promised.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience in purchasing a device to serve as a virtualization host. While the system was not designed to run Windows Server 2019, it was relatively easy to get it up and running with Hyper-V (ESXi 7.0 is a completely different story, but again it was not designed for this). The only complaint I have was getting my order to show up on my account to track the status. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back for all of my mini-PC/NUC needs.

Amazing performance from such a small box! Incredibly straight-forward process to build and order a NUC! Setup was 'simple' and everything worked right out of the box. Hard to believe all of that power can fit into such a small form factor! Things to work on...the piano finish on the top shows every finger print, change to a matt finish. The headphone jack on the front makes connecting speakers fussy.

Easy process, fast shipping, exactly what I needed. Even in dire times of COVID quarantine, SimplyNUC nails it. Even got a helpful follow-up email post-purchase in case of an extensive project where they could assist. 10/10 err 5/5 stars would order from again.

SimplyNUC is really simple and easy do deal with. Nicole helped me a lot and was prompt in responding emails. Most importantly the configurator was simple on the site and got my NUC in flat two days. I will absolutely recommend simplyNUC to everyone and will reach out to them for my next requirement. Merveille
