I placed my order. I was immediately contacted by a, Mr. Thomas. He quickly let me know when my order would be filled and when I’d receive it. I realize this pandemic slowed everything down and his communication was valuable to me. I appreciate that. Customer service goes a long way.. I paid a premium price and I feel as I I received premium service. Thank you.

Great machine! I installed my apps along with WSL and I am not missing my MacBook Pro at all so far. So glad I didn't buy a Mac Mini.

The customer service was friendly, although the shipping dept. refused to call me back, after 2 statements that they would do so. Ultimately, the slower shipping time did turn out in my favor, even though I paid for priority overnight shipping, which was ordered friday around 7 pm, the part arrived Wednesday before noon.

Ordered 9 PC's from this company, and several of them are defective. They acknowledged an issue with the application of thermal paste and resent us 4 machines, which still had problems. Now they are stating the units are rigorously tested and they will not apply a credit for the machines unless they can be resold to others. We have wasted over a month trying to get this addressed. Buy from On-logic; we have a couple of their machines and they work without any issues.

I really like this little PC. That NUC is a great item to build a media server. It arrived on time and easily setup and ready to go. Thanks a lot for the good service!

We're a reseller, we were told, we can't place our orders online due to the fact Simply Nuc system is not set up to process online orders for tax exempt customers.
