6 months of delay, no rebates!!! Even my bank is giving me money when they borrow 6 months of cash!

Online ordering was easy. Customer service was easy to work with and attentive during the RMA process.

I looked online and saw the set-up I wanted. The Topaz. I ordered a Topaz i7 with 2 day delivery. A week later I receive an email and phone call stating that the Topaz is not available. I review the suggested alternatives and chose one. I was then contacted again that the second one I wanted (ASPN50r8) was not shipping either. I ended up with a Ruby R8 that was comparable to the Topazi7 and ASPN50r8. However, after Simply NUC was kind enough to offer me a slight discount, I still paid $92 more. I really needed a computer and have not been dissatisfied with the Ruby, but I feel a little slighted; almost like a bait and switch scenario.

I duplicated my order because of an error while processing payment from Amazon Pay. I contacted sales through email and got refunded no problem the day after. One of the NUC was backordered and they contacted me to propose other similar models if I wanted the order fast, which I did. Will buy from them again

Offered excellent price/performance ratio, response to emails was fast, and they had my product out to me within a few days.

Customer support was amazing. Helped me get a different model so that I could get it on time for something I needed.

My unit was delayed and they went way and beyond to communicate and take care of me! Unit finally came and is running great. Will def use these guys again!

Got what I ordered, and given current stock levels, quicker than I expected! Using my NUC 11 Enthusiast to drive my VR.
