I have always found the SimplyNUC staff helpful and interested in delivering for their customers. My most recent order was handled expertly with notifications about the processing and shipping of the order.

Shipped an incorrect item, charged $100 more than other sellers for that incorrect item. Told me I would have to pay for return shipping. Did not respond to emails for multiple days. After multiple emails back and forth they said, as if it were a big deal, that they had been "authorized to give me a full refund". What "full refund" actually meant was they would after all pay return shipping. Very generous! By this time, as I had no idea if they were going to reply at all, I had started using the item, so I could not return it. So they sold me an incorrect item for $100 more than I would have paid elsewhere, and because of their delays, I am stuck with it.

Product took time to get here, but that was due to the supply shortage and NOT the company itself. When I emailed to check on the status of my order, they were more than friendly and helpful!! Great company, and a great purchasing experience... would definitely buy from again!!! :-)

My original order was not available due to supply chain issues. Simply Nuc’s team reached out to me immediately with a suggestion for a replacement and got the order out to me quickly. Always fantastic customer service from this company.

Company kept me informed with multiple emails on delivery date with all the supply chain delays. The constant contact put me at ease with the company.
