My experience with the company has been great so far. The website is pretty easy to navigate. The ability to customize my computer was a huge selling point for me. They shipped it when they said they would. The only thing that I will not be able to review is customer service as I have not needed it yet.

Easy hardware customization and quick response and delivery.

I ordered a Dragon NUC preconfigured with all the bells and whistles. SimplyNUC was excellent at communication with me, letting me know about the expected delay due to supply chain issues and offering to work with me for an alternative in case I needed something sooner. But I waited for the Dragon NUC (for me, it arrived about six weeks since I placed the order) and I have been very happy with it! I would do business with them again.

I ordered two new NUCs. Both systems arrived quickly and on time. After two months of use, both are functioning well. Excellent experience with SimplyNuc!

I am very pleased with my dragon canyon! I had a little NUC in the past from a less-reliable vendor and had nonstop blue screens from both the memory and SSD. Sent that one back. I was excited about the new dragon canyon model and needed a powerful windows PC for compiling our SDK so I took a chance on getting another NUC but SimplyNUC came through with quality parts!

This computer is rocket fast, easy to transition to, and a delight to use. Zero complaints across the board. The desk space the unit freed up has been well used.

This was a very positive purchasing experience, we had originally been told that due to the supply issues, there may be up to a week delay on getting my new PC and I received it within 3 days. I was kept up to date on everything and had a very responsive team so much so that my IT staff was even impressed at the level of customer service. Great job SimplyNUC!
