Hi Bryan, Hopefully you will never need to return anything. However if you do please realize that we truly want 100% customer satisfaction. So a return should never be an issue. Hi Tad, I'm really sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have searched for a more economical solution for international shipping but unfortunately cannot find one. We charge $34.99 for all international shipping. Shipping to Australia actually costs us more that that. Our shipment to you cost us $38.36. I know it sounds strange that we would lose money on shipping but we make it up on international shipments to other countries; some cost us a little more than $34.99 while others cost us a little less. We profit on the sale of eyewear however we do not attempt to profit on shipping. I do understand your frustration. I myself have made purchases for larger items that cost less to ship than what we charge for a pair of eyeglasses. My guess is that some companies have more buying power when it comes to shipping. We truly appreciate you business and I hope that you will still consider us for your eyewear needs. Granted we live in a highly competitive cash driven society but I believe you will find our customer service and the quality of our products are outstanding. I also appreciate the feed back.
