I just ordered frames and they were just what I wanted. I was a little hesitant to order them online but they fit fine and looked pretty good. No complaints at all?

Hi Annmarie, I looked over your order history. If my research is correct, there was a pair a couple months ago that we refunded. Please tell me what we need to do to improve. I appreciate your business and I thank you very much for your review. It's feedback from customers like yourself that helps us improve. Our goal is total customer satisfaction at the highest level. Thanks again. Chris SimplyEyeglasses.com

It was easy to find the frames I wanted and the price was much lower than at the boutique shop where I tried them on. My glasses came in a couple weeks and are perfect. Good customer service as well when I needed to get another copy of my receipt; I received a timely response.

Ordered a pair of replacement frames for the same type frame I had that were broken. The price was below other sites and were in stock. Shipping was fast and the order was accurate. I will do business with SimplyEyeglasses.com in the future. Thank You.

Hi Jay, We were an optical laboratory before we were an online retailer so we welcome difficult prescriptions. Thank you for your business, your review and your confidence in Simply Eyeglasses! Chris SimplyEyeglasses.com

I needed lens made for my unusual frames, that I wasn't ready to retire yet, they accomplished what several local shops weren't even interested in attempting. Customer service was great, their Dr's are too. I've used the glasses (lenses) on a daily basis for a while, and everything is perfect with them. I wouldn't hesitate to source my next pair of glasses from them, I've actually casually looked at their extensive line of frames to get an idea for my next purchase!
