Hi Ma Norina, First, allow me to say I sincerely apologize for not contacting quicker. I see your order was placed Thursday 10/27 at 8:38 PM after business hours. We contacted the manufacturer Friday morning 10/28 only to find the frame was discontinued by the manufacturer thus we voided your payment at 11:55 AM that Friday morning. We could only find one email from you which we received on Saturday evening 10/29. We did respond to that email at 9:01 AM Monday morning when business resumed after the weekend. Hi Deanna, First, we are saddened that your experience did not meet your expectations.  We strive to make ALL interactions pleasant and in the end have a happy customer. Simplyeyeglasses.com sells authentic ophthalmic eyeglass frames for prescription lenses. All images of eyeglass frames are shown without lenses however all frames come standard with FACTORY demonstration lenses. This is a standard practice within the entire optical industry. And yes, most have logos on them. This is one of the things that assures the consumer they are getting an authentic frame. These demos are easily removed, even by the consumer.  We do not state or imply our eyeglass frames come with wearable lenses which is why when one purchases a frame a large pop-up box appears asking the consumer if they would like to add rx lenses.  Please return the frame, your refund will be issued in full upon receipt. Hello AC, Unfortunately, we have no control of your country's custom fees. From the photos you sent us, it was determined that the frame needed an adjustment. We suggested taking the frame locally for the adjustment. We also, gave you a return authorization to return the frame to us for replacement or a refund. If you return the frame to us, we will be happy to give you a refund or replace the frame. On 9/02/16 you were emailed RMA970. Is there a possibility, you did not receive the email? Mr. Stagnola, After speaking with you today, I apologize again. We are going to make you one our happy customers! I have spoken with our representative, you spoke with. In no way, we would ever expect our customers to pay for return shipping on an order with an issue where we are at fault. Please, remember it will take a time to obtain the sports eyeglass frames from the manufacturer. We are going to start the prescription lens process today to save time, so by the time we receive the frame the lenses should be ready. I did enjoy our conversation! Hello Mr. Ramos, You are right we did not know about the PERSOL sunglasses you inquired about, due to the fact they were no longer on our website. As you know, I had to make several calls to PERSOL to confirm the sunglass lenses were glass. The representatives at PERSOL did not have the correct information. In the end I was able to provide you with the correct information and place a special order for you. I feel it is unfair for you to rate us only one star.
