This is the 3rd time I've used Simply Eyeglasses and obiously I have been very pleased with product and service! I would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses and want to save a few $

When I placed my order, it was excellent email communication. When I got my new glasses and saw a problem so I tried to email them. All bucks stop right there. I tried few times. I puzzled that they won't answer my asking about problem.

I ordered polarized bifocal sunglasses that are just excellent ... couldn't ask for better service and turnaround. My prescription had changed and Simply Eyeglasses replace the lenses in my existing frames and I had them back in a week!

I ordered from Simply Eyeglasses after experiencing poor quality products from another online eyewear company. I have been very satisfied with my Vera Bradley frames and high index lenses from here. The site was easy to use, tons of frames to choose from, and my finished glasses were delivered fairly quickly! I would not hesitate to order from here again. Thank you!

The glasses fit well and I am happy with them. They came quickly and the transition lenses work well. They, however, are not for driving as the tinted car windows don't let them darken enough. They are great for shopping and in and out of places.

I ordered a pair of glasses the beginning of December and paid the extra $30.00 to have them shipped within 5 business days. They didn't show up after 5 business days so I checked the tracking and they were in Switzerland! I inquired about them and they said they got loaded on the wrong plane so they were going to send me a replacement pair. After just about a month, they emailed me and said the glasses were on back order for another month. I decided to be patient and wait. After another month goes by, I inquire again and the glasses were on back order again. By this time I was fed up and told them to cancel my order. I then get an email the next day that they found my first pair of glasses and are sending them. I finally received the first pair I ordered THREE MONTHS LATER and they wouldn't even reimburse me the $30.00 I paid for the expedited shipping! What an awful company.

Excellent service and staff, will reorder.
